The terms that apply when you use this website or place an order with Kova Wholesale.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful laboratory research and that you have read and accept our Research Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Research use only

All products are for in-vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics. We may cancel any order we believe is intended for another use.

3. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm payment.
• The minimum order spend is $2,500 before shipping.
• Payment instructions (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or Apple Cash) are shown when you place your order. Orders are held until payment is received and may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable time.
• Prices are in US dollars, per box of 10 vials, and are confirmed by our system when the order is placed. We may change prices on the site at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
• We may limit quantities, decline or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount paid.

4. Shipping

We are located and ship from Cheyenne, Wyoming. All inventory is located here and orders ship out within 24 hours of being placed. Orders ship by FedEx Express at a flat rate of $30 per order, guaranteed 2-day delivery or less. We ship anywhere in the USA; contact us for international orders. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number.

5. Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of products in line with all applicable laws, and for ensuring products are only handled by qualified persons. You agree not to resell products for human or animal use.

6. Disclaimer

Products and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties other than that products will match their description on the price list, and we are not responsible for how products are used after delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kova Wholesale against claims arising from your misuse of products or your breach of these terms.

9. Text messages and email

If you join our list, you may receive marketing email and, if you separately agree, recurring automated marketing text messages from Kova Wholesale. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from email at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
