What we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, shipping address, chosen payment method, the name or account your payment comes from, the order contents, and the time you confirmed the checkout statement (21 or older, research use only, agreement to our Terms) with the wording you confirmed.
• List sign-ups: the email and/or mobile number you give us, and which types of messages you agreed to receive, with the date and the consent wording you agreed to. With each sign-up we also store the user agent your browser sends (the browser and device type it reports) and a hashed form of your IP address, as a record of the consent.
• Contact messages: the details you include in the contact form.
• Security data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used to prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your order.
• Browser storage: we use essential browser storage to remember your preferences, such as your cart, your age confirmation, whether you closed the sign-up window, and a short summary of your last order (order number, amount due and payment method, kept for 7 days so you can find the payment instructions again). We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to match your payment to it.
• To send the marketing messages you agreed to, if any.
• To reply to your messages, keep records required by law and protect the site from abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our shipping carrier and website hosting provider, and only as needed for that purpose, or where the law requires it.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Payments

We do not collect or store card numbers on this site. Payments are made directly through the payment service you choose.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. To stop marketing emails, reply to any of our emails or contact us and we will remove you.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. We may need to keep order records where the law requires it.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to authorized staff. We keep order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and list sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Age

This site is only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
